Almost nothing. Breakfast was good.
Aircon did not work correctly. Hotel in lane where taxis cannot go. Lift is small although it does work well.

I like the Mini bar in the room and I also like the staff service. I like How the room had a price book for all the city tours and food in the mini bar.
The only thing I don't like is that there aren't many breakfast/food and drink choices in the restaraunt.

This hotel is situated nicely in a quiet lane way amidst the hustling streets of District 1, making it perfect for those who want to be close to the center but still enjoy some peace and quiet. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The basic amenities such as hot water and a functioning TV are provided in the clean and tidy rooms, and I particularly enjoyed having a balcony to relax on. The breakfast at the rooftop provided interesting views and a great start to the day.
All was ok.

The friendly staff. they were helpful and trustworthy. I felt I could trust them not to scam me as Vietnam has a reputation for that so I was on my guard, but I had no reason to doubt the staff at Greensuites. Very professional.
Couldn't get the WIFI working, but didn't get around to reporting it.

The hotel is located off the main road, but in an excellent area close to all the shopping and food are plenty in the area. The best was the girl at the front desk. She works the evening shift and she's amazing with providing tours, local info and extremely accomodating. I wish the owner would pay her more! I would definitely come back again the next time we are back in Vietnam. The staff is wonderful! The breakfast is perfect! There is a side street stall on the path to the hotel...the food there is the best in town!
I didn't know that there is a 3% charge for booking using a credit card. Had I known, I would have bought extra cash and exchange at the airport to pay for the stay. This does not affect the charm and location of the hotel!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in District 1. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet alley yet still close to the bustling streets. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, with a double bed and even a bathtub for relaxation. I was pleasantly surprised to find a balcony in my room, providing interesting views of the city. The breakfast, included in the price, was served at the rooftop with a great view over the city. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.
All was great during my stay, nothing to improve.

Size of room (the triple sharing room) and room was very clean. Reception staff very helpful (booked taxis and helped us order pizza delivery).
Location not very near the main city center or museums so we had to cab there but there are street side shops and cafes nearby because its in the backpackers area (Bui Vien Street).

Good breakfast with a nice rooftop view and a variety of food options. Helpful and friendly staff who provided secure storage for our belongings.- The location was great, central yet quiet at night.
The air conditioning was difficult to adjust, either too cold or turned off completely. The balcony was not clean and the bathroom needed improvement.

Good location in the backpackers área, But in a little alley. Nice new rooms.
When we arrived late and tired our room was dirty, the other guests made a late check out and they forgot so they moved us to another standard room, but this one was also dirty inside the bed, so the moved us again to a superior after calling the manager. Next day we wanted to stay another night and they moved us again to a standard even though we spoke the them. Also we wanted to have breakfast early cause we had a bus going at 6:45 (6:00-10:00), but try told us it was from 7, one of the men offered us sandwiches but the other continue conplaining, finally we had breakfast!

Room was very comfortable and quiet despite being in a very busy area of the city. Nice breakfast spot on the roof of the hotel. Value for money in this hotel is excellent.
